The owner of the company is Andy Neal, born in the Sussex
market town of Horsham. His background was always in the print industry and he finally set up his own company Pass Sport Control in November 2003. He has successfully been running that company ever since and launched a membership card and identity card production side of the company to grow it further in 2014.
Since 1986 he has trained and continued to develop himself as a Performance Coach. Initially by the improvement of athletes to the highest levels (National, World Championships and Olympic Games). subsequently, Andy has been involved in the training and development of coaches nationally and internationally for the last 20 years.
Utilising this background, he has applied what he learnt into business. By implementing a full company training program to a medium size business, they were able to increase their profitablity by £80,000 in the first year.
Smaller organisations are benefitting from his passion for supporting companies with pragmatic coaching and accountability.
He headed up a worldwide training program for youth leaders in developing nations. Part of a two person team, two training courses were authored. The training and development of the in country workforce, has lead to this program successfully bringing sport to hundreds of thousands of children. From Uganda to Senegal, from Ethiopia to Chile and from India to Kosovar, this project has engaged the youth of those countries in developing themselves and others.
Furthermore they were enabled to start to address country specific issues – sexual equality and disability inclusion being two.
By training tutors to act as trainers the program can be self sustaining for years to come.
My Performance Coach launched in September 2022 as a result of his desire to undertake more coaching. He is using his many years of experience to help individuals and small/medium sized businesses with both their individual development and business growth.
By applying what he has learnt customers can trust his process. It’s truly by collaboration and team that we grow, develop and to coin a phrase “make the boat go faster” – taken from: Ben Hunt-Davis and Harriet Beveridge’s “Will It Make the Boat go Faster?”
The key thing that he has learnt over the years, is that you cannot be an expert in everything. He has collaborated with a group of other reputable businesses and services to provide support for whatever clients needs are.
